Submit genuine documents. The Next has a zero-tolerance policy for fraudulent documents; providing fake documents will result in immediate termination of services.
Keep your login credentials (if any) confidential and secure.
No Guarantees: While we have a high success rate, The Next does not and cannot guarantee admission to any specific university or the issuance of a student visa.
Decision Authority: Admission decisions are made entirely by the university admission boards. Visa decisions are made entirely by the respective High Commission or Embassy.
Non-Liability: We are not liable for any rejection of admission or visa, nor for any financial loss incurred due to such rejections (e.g., application fees, courier charges).
Service Fees: Any service fees charged by The Next for consultancy are non-refundable once the service has commenced, regardless of the application outcome, unless explicitly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement.
University Fees: Tuition fees and university application fees should be paid directly to the institution. We do not accept cash payments on behalf of universities for tuition.
Third-Party Costs: You are responsible for all third-party costs, including visa application fees, medical exams, and translation services.
